Privacy policy

What we process

We process account details supplied through Clerk, subscription and invoice identifiers supplied by Stripe, production briefs, personas, transcripts, uploaded knowledge, and generated media. When you authorize a platform walkthrough, login credentials are sent directly to an isolated browser session for sign-in. Passwords are not saved in the application database or included in model prompts.

Why we process it

We use this data to authenticate accounts, collect payment, enforce credits, run requested podcast and explainer jobs, provide downloads, prevent abuse, and diagnose failed production runs.

Service providers

The service uses Clerk for identity, Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting, workflow execution, isolated browsers, storage, and database services, and configured model and speech providers for generation.

Storage and deletion

Generated assets and project records remain available to the account until they are deleted or the service applies a published retention limit. Temporary login material is deleted after browser setup. Isolated production sandboxes are stopped after the job completes or fails.

Your choices

You may update account details through Clerk, manage payment and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal, and request deletion of project data through the account support channel.

Authorized access

Only provide credentials for applications you own or are authorized to demonstrate. The Sales Forge does not use submitted credentials outside the production job you requested.
