Credits, refunds, and your data
What does a credit buy?
A podcast episode costs 20 credits and a platform explainer costs 30, whatever their length. Re-rendering an explainer's narration costs 10, shorts 5, a caption translation 2, and a dubbed version 10 (explainer) or 20 (podcast).
What happens if a run fails?
Credits are reserved when a run starts and refunded automatically if it fails. A failed or interrupted podcast can resume from its last line, and a failed video render can be retried without re-recording; each attempt reserves credits again and refunds them if it fails.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits arrive with each paid invoice and stay on your balance while your plan is active. You can buy one-time credit packs at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan in the Stripe customer portal from Billing. Your library stays downloadable until you delete it.
How are sign-in credentials handled?
They go straight to an isolated browser for that run. They are never stored with your project, never sent to the AI, and the browser is destroyed afterwards.
Can I delete my videos?
Delete any episode or explainer with its media from the library, or set automatic deletion after 30 to 365 days in Settings.
