Terms of service

Paid access

The Sales Forge has no free workspace tier. Plans renew monthly until canceled. Stripe handles checkout, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation. Prices shown at checkout control the charge.

Credits

Paid invoices grant the monthly credit amount for the selected plan. A podcast start uses 20 credits and an explainer start uses 30 credits. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and are not transferable. A job that fails inside the production workflow receives an automatic credit refund. A stopped job may still consume credits because provider and compute work has begun.

Your content and access

You retain responsibility for source material, instructions, and credentials you submit. You must have permission to use all supplied content and to access every application the agent operates. You may not request unauthorized access, destructive actions, payment submission, spam, or unlawful content.

Generated output

Model, browser, speech, and rendering services can make mistakes. Review every transcript, demonstration, subtitle, and video before publishing or relying on it.

Availability

Production jobs depend on external infrastructure and providers. We may pause abusive jobs, protect the service, or change production limits when required to keep the system operable.

Cancellation

You may cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period shown there.
